Show errors in the UI, instead of blank pages

My point is, it would be great if all the main page interface should not be blank when an individual SLO definition is incorrect..

As an addition, Pyrra should also notify the user when it cannot reach Prometheus somehow. I am receiving the following table for SLOs when the Prometheus server is not responding (e.g. overloaded etc):

In this case I would prefer to have an error banner that indicates the general problem, otherwise users may be confused
