Victoria Metrics/Robusta support

Hi, I was wondering if this tool works with Victoria Metrics and Robusta?

Robusta packages Prometheus within it.

It works with VictoriaMetrics and the automatic conversion they do of PromRule to VMRule.

It could directly generate VMRules with this PR: https://github.com/pyrra-dev/pyrra/pull/1472 ;)

What do you need for Robusta support? I have no clue what that involves. I've only heard of Robusta.

The only caveat to consider when using this tool with VictoriaMetrics is that VictoriaMetrics does not yet support Native Histograms. See https://github.com/VictoriaMetrics/VictoriaMetrics/issues/3733

Therefore, you'll need to use the latency indicator, not the latencyNative indicator.
