Describe the feature you would like to see.

Add a setting for admins to choose whether users can edit their own profiles or only admins can do so (via the admin UI). This can be useful for syncing Pelican with systems like WHMCS, removing the need to constantly check if both are in sync.

Describe the solution you'd like.

It should be changeable via the api? Then it would only affect the pelican front end to prevent desync but other applications would still be able to change the desired profile for the user (external implementation).
