How to display time values as hh:mm?

Hi there, I'm trying to use Tracker for various time related activities. Simply put, I just want the units on the axis to show in the format of hh:mm rather than whole numbers. Here's what I have now:

Screen Shot 2023-11-11 at 2 18 13 AM Screen Shot 2023-11-11 at 2 18 00 AM

I only want the Y-axis to show in the proper time format, so instead of just 19, it would be 19:00. I have tried to achieve this with value shift, yMin, yMax, etc., but for some reason those just made Obsidian completely freeze up and I would have to force quit out of it, which is another bug in of itself. Thank you in advance.

Naturally like a couple minutes after posting this, I've figured out the problem. In order to ensure compatibility with Dataview, I was writing it as 00h00m instead of 00:00 in the properties, which doesn't quite translate for this plugin. At this point, I suppose the actual question is whether a feature where Tracker also reads 00h00m can be added.
