fixScale ignored when navigating month

I have the following set up to show days I practice violin:

searchType: frontmatter
searchTarget: Violin
folder: Daily
fixedScale: 2
month:
	mode: annotation
	annotation: 🎻

The issue happens when I switch to reading view and navigate to the next or last month. The scale gets reset to 1, and won't reset until I go back to edit mode, change it, then toggle back to view mode.
