Wipe Option: Purge unused Revit Sheets which deletes all Sheets without Viewport on them except for the Sheet that I have open

I would like to purge unused Revit Sheets which deletes all Sheets without Viewport on them except for the Sheet/s that I have open.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Open the Revit Sheet/s you want to be protected i.e. Splashscreen
2. Run the PyRevit Wipe tool
3. Selecting "purge unused Revit Sheets except for the Sheets open'
4. Done

Describe alternatives you've considered

Workaround: By adding a 'Viewport' to my Splashscreen, protects the Splashscreen from deletion when running pyChilizer Revit addin 'Purge Unused Sheets' which deletes all Sheets without Viewport on them.
