kafka 0.9 support

With this using clj-kafka, support is limited to kafka 0.8 (https://github.com/pingles/clj-kafka/issues/87, https://github.com/pingles/clj-kafka/issues/72). Are there any plans to add or switch to kafka 0.9 using https://github.com/pyr/kinsky or something else?
