add 1.8.x support

well it will be nice if plugin will have that version support because big amount of servers is based on paper 1.8.8 or spigot 1.8.8 for minigames etc. This is very popular in countries like ukraine, russia, germany etc etc.

So adding 1.8.8 to pyplugins will be really good for us and for plugin it self:)
