Hi @pchlap, is it possible to package the newest version platipy and publish to PIP please when possible? The new pynetdicom import isn't in the latest package and is problematic...

Some of the tutorial notebooks have old imports that need to be updated, and potentially old function calls as well (not sure about this just assuming)?

Nice work! I'm not sure if timing is really an issue, but the distance maps can take a while to compute so an alternative could be to dilate each contour...

It works without contours/overlays. Would be nice if these could be included. Need to pre-compute views to enable real-time interaction.
