Can't tell if pipx install is doing something
Describe the bug
pipx install is showing a braille character and either nothing is happening or something is. There's no way to tell, as all pipx is showing is a changing braille character.
How to reproduce
Use pipx install.
Expected behavior
The package is being installed, and the status is shown on the stdout,
Actual behavior
No way to tell if something is going on or not. The output shows ⣷ installing package-name for quite a while. Maybe the installation takes a long time, or maybe it's hung up.
Additional info
⣽ here's a nice braille character. That's all pipx gave me.
Please show some meaningful status for the long running tasks.
You can use --verbose for more output, and in the future pip progress bar will be shown there as well. (#1069)
