Clarify (or even remove) the "good first issue" template?
What's the problem this feature will solve?
Recently, I've noticed some issues by new contributors with the "good first issue" template. They use it to make bug reports. I hope those situations are just a confusion.
In most of the cases, it might not be something to care about (removing the tag and editing the post is enough). But we designed the bug and request templates to enhance the reporter's experience, and the "good first issue" template might be a blocker to that goal.
Describe the solution you'd like
What about clarifying the "good first issue" template's goal and intended users? BTW, if maintainers can open blank issues, is this template necessary? Can we remove it?
At least, it would be nice if we say this template is intended for maintainers, not for "good first reporters" :upside_down_face:
Alternative Solutions
Sure, we can keep editing the issues opened with the wrong template. It's not that hard, it's only a bit ineffective.

If there're no concerns from the maintainers, I'll open a PR to remove that template around these days.
