Not discovering devices when deploying to aws (ubuntu)

Problem description

it works good and discovering devices on windows but when I deploy code to was (ubuntu) then it's not working there what should I do in that case.

Is this a problem with Python packaging? If so, please be more specific — what command are you running, what does not work?
