Are there rate-limits when uploading packages?

Problem description

Hello! I'm looking into a option for building out python stubs for a project These stubs are specific per for each micro-controller supported, and there is currently 500 supported.

Is there any rate-limit I would need to be mindful of when creating 500 packages package-name-{micro-controller-name}?

I'm not sure, but is there a good reason why you cannot put them all in one single package? Are they really bulky?
