However if I just remove that sentence then the docs will look odd. Would you prefer to remove the whole block about the CLI - or suggest something else to say about it?

I made it say something vague, please tweak it if you have something more definite to say

(Checking the results of the uv comparison, I briefly considered just changing it to "hatch is up to 40x slower than equivalent tools" ;-)

While this is I think valid by the standard of the "3x faster" claim - it is of course not a change I would expect to merge!)
