Provide latest version JsDelivery without full version name

Alongside the online version pyodide/v0.27.7/full/ and pyodide/dev/full/, it would be useful to have also a pyodide/stable/full/ to have an online version that can be easily updated

Motivation

its kinda hard to get updates on the fly without changing links for every version

Thanks for the suggestion. Deploying a stable distribution isn't that complex, but I would say specifying the version explicitly is a better convention for safety. Additionally, each Pyodide version often introduces numerous changes, including Python updates and ABI changes, so relying on the stable Pyodide version may not be a good idea.
