pyOCD cannot installed in python 3.12

This error-report is not very helpful for the devs - which results in neglect :)

was it windows? was it caused by a missing compiler for HIDApi?

I can report that ubuntu and windows are working in default-config with py312 & PyOCD as of mid-november when the wheels for HIDApi were added.
