使用DOH每次运营商自动换ip后，smartdns 服务器就不能用了

这是 smartdns DOH 的特点吗？ smartdns 能解决这个问题吗？目前都是靠重启 smartdns 解决。

我用 smartdns 的 DoT 也遇到了这个问题... 解决方法可以是在 /etc/hotplug.d 下手动制造个trigger，在达成指定条件后重启smartdns
