Mullvad DNS

Hello,

What needs to be done to use Mullvad DNS with SmartDNS? I can use other known dns servers as DNS over HTTPS with OpenWrt.

@pymumu please support mullvad DOH and DOT. Mullvad has a no log policy, which is why people ask for it.
