SmartDNS ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

问题现象
解析任意域名有几率出现 ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED 推测是解析时间超时 但是 DEBUG 没有 ERROR 如果你开启 Cache 那它甚至会把 ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED 这个结果缓存进去 如果你不开启 Cache 它可能会表现如： 电脑浏览器闪现这个错误然后会立马重载正常访问 手机应用会加载缓慢或元素无法加载 (如全平台 YouTube App 的 thumbnail 可能会显示黑色，就是加载不出来) 不是上游服务器问题 我监视单一或多个上游均没有出现解析错误 并且横向对比过其它类似项目 Overture 与 AdGuard Home DNS 均未出现此问题

重现步骤 在任意时间访问任意域名会随机出现 (不论其站点热门与否)
