Consider adding a deprecation warning to pymc-experimental

We may want to cut a new release of pymc-experimental (not pymc-extras!), perhaps with version number v0.1.4.1 that warns the user of the rename to pymc-extras.

BTW I'm talking just a PyPI release and that should be trivial to do via trusted publishing... I think. 🙃
