Broken link in MLDA intro page

Issue description

Under the "Notebooks with example code" section, the "Variance 2" (external) link is broken.

Proposed solution

If someone can find where the linked page has gone (assuming it has moved and not disappeared), then the link can be updated. Otherwise, the reference can just be omitted.

It think we can remove it give there is another internal reference for that paragraph

Hi @cluhmann, I’ve fixed the broken link and submitted a PR for it. Additionally, I noticed that several other external links on the MLDA introduction page are also broken. It might be helpful to create more issues to address these broken links. I’d be happy to assist with fixing them as well. Thanks!
