need to enable global undo tree mode manually

nu-mode does not automatically enable global-undo-tree-mode

Worst, one need to enable it BEFORE running nu-mode, otherwise C-x shortcut will be broken

today if nu-mode does global-undo-tree-mode it does not allow C-x this could probably be fixed with a hook or overwriting the relevant map
