spelling of Sphinx parameter descriptions

Question

I'm using the spell checker within pylint. In my Sphinx-compatible docstrings, for parameter description, I use :param logfile: and pylint complains about logfile being unknown... that is a bit annoying. Is there a way to hav :param : and :type : ignored?
