Interested in learning about data analyst position

I am a senior majoring in healthcare administration and I am interested in working as a data analyst in the healthcare industry. I have completed IBM professional certificate for Data Science and I have completed around 3 small projects however, I am not being able to foster what I have learned. I still feel like I won't be able to work as a data analyst because everything I learned was from the internet and It was not directed by someone who has professional experience in the particular area of the field. I believe most importantly I don't know what to expect while interviewing for this position with a degree in health administration and if my resume is well-formatted for the particular position. Overall I would say I am confused and unsure about my own knowledge thus far because of the absence of validity from someone more professional than me.
