Support for macports package manager

Homebrew might be the most used package manager on Mac OS X. However it only supports the latest three versions of Mac OS, see https://github.com/orgs/Homebrew/discussions/5603 For older versions of Mac OS only macports seems to be available as package manager.

Describe the solution you'd like

To be able to also manage older versions of Mac OS X it would be nice if pyinfra would also support the https://www.macports.org/ package manager similar to the existing https://docs.pyinfra.com/en/3.x/operations/brew.html operations.
