Support for pipx operations and facts?

Hi! Would a contribution for pipx be operations and facts be welcome?

It's a great python package manager that maintains packages in isolated virtual envs. It's a part of python packaging authority organization, and pretty mature so hopefully won't require much maintenance in the future.

I found an existing fork which worked great for me after a couple of small fixes: https://github.com/Fizzadar/pyinfra/compare/2.x...karolzlot:pyinfra:current

Not sure if @karolzlot wants to work on contributing, if not, I'm happy to do that instead :)

I'm not going to continue my work, feel free to use what I left :)

I mentioned some issues on in GitHub PR, back then I wasn't able to fix them.
