Update Travis Tests to run without sudo

This would probably rely on putting together a custom .deb package for gridengine that has things configured how we would like, which is really more work than I want to put into this. For now I'll just use sudo.

Based on the discussion upstream, it doesn't sound like this is achievable. Perhaps it is best to close.
