Support for Quartz Surfaces

There seems to be no support for creating Quartz surfaces (unless I'm missing something), which strikes me as odd since there is support for Win32 specific surfaces.

Is this something that no-one has needed or bothered to implement or is there a some objection in principle to its creation? The reference to the Mac API type CGContextRef doesn't seem to be a hurdle since it's just a pointer.

I'm pretty sure this is a nobody-has-got-round-to-it issue.
