Unable to signup/confirm account

hello maintainers :wave: ,

yesterday i was trying to new member signup on the pygame website, My network connection got terminated for a second due to some lose cable, I didn't get any confirmation mail and now i am unable to signup / confirm my account, Could you please help me out with this
