Skill is not shown if not injected

In the list of skills affecting a moduly (afterburner), "Fuel conservation" is not shown

I think the correct behaviour is to show the skill as "Not learned"

Unfortunately the way pyfa works it's not possible atm. Lots of things have to be changed to show that. When item is not present (skill is not learned), its influence just cannot be detected.

Thank you very much for your answer, sir. It seems like somebody has changed all things needed, as this feature works correctly in the current version

Might've been brainfart from my side then. This feature was implemented by blitzmann, and i don't really have deep knowledge on how it works. Maybe that's how, but there are some bugs.
