Create Chocolatey (windows package manager) Package

I'm in the process of setting up a new Windows computer. As someone that uses Linux on a regular basis, having a package manager to handle installing and updating software on my system is a nice quality of life feature. In searching for something similar on Windows, I came across Chocolatey.

I was hoping that eventually Pyfa could launch an official package on Chocolatey to help centralize updates on Windows.
