Manual SSO/ESI character does not work on MacOS.

How to reproduce.

1. Open pyfa 2.62.2 on MacOS
2. Open Preference window, select SSO, disable Auto-login.
3. Open Character / Manage ESI Character, Add Character
4. Login and select character and authorize
5. Copy the code from the pyfa website that is opened.
6. Switch to pyfa application
7. The pyfa application does not show a window to paste in the code, the pyfa application completely hangs.
8. Use cmd/option/esc to force-quit pyfa, since there is no other way to continue or quit pyfa.
