Request: ARM support

Open secret000squirrel opened this issue 11 months ago • 3 comments

I just upgraded to a windows PC with an ARM processor and the current windows installer does not support this architecture. Is there a workaround to get pyfa to run on ARM?

Hey, just download the Zip file of the release, and you can just start Pyfa. If you want to you could of course just download the Source / or clone it and run it via Python itself. Just downloading and running the App works perfectly though. I have it running on a Snapdragon Elite X and it runs as expected flawlessly

I am not going to add ARM support for pyfa for now. I have nextgen version in cooking, for which I might support it, but it's at least a year off completion.

As a workaround, run from source. If you need any help with that, lmk (can poke me on discord darkfenx, since I don't check github often)

this is a pure python project, which should be cross-arch. install python and run the py file
