Lancer dreadnoughts still do not have a ship thumbnail

Bug Report

Lancer dreadnoughts (Karura, Valravn, Hubris, Bane) are missing a thumbnail in the fitting window on the left

Expected behavior:

Thumbnails of each ship are present in the same way as they are on every other ship class

Actual behavior:

Thumbnail presents as a [NO IMAGE] placeholder, and has done since the Lancer Dreadnoughts were introduced

Detailed steps to reproduce:

Open Pyfa, navigate to Lancer Dreadnought ship class in fittings menu
