Nanite repair paste increases cap delta when loaded into an ancillary armor repairer

Bug Report

Expected behavior:

capacitor delta stays the same

Actual behavior:

capacitor delta increases

Disable "factor in reload time" (DPS pane right click).

I know it's not intuitive, but it works somewhat globally. If you have that tick on, it calculates cap use as if you are reloading an AAR when it's out of paste. Without paste it assumes it's permanently running. WIthout that tick it considers "burst" cap use and also assumes it's permanently running.
