Changing font sizes issues

I modified fonts.py to increase font size overall "sizes = (12, 12, 12)" and it works great but I ran into several issues:

1. Which file is responsible specifically for ship name/type tab font size (the ones on top) Will I have to increase tab size as well or will it increase dynamically?

2. When I increase the left panel ship names font the "box" that contains them cuts some of the font off. Is there a way to edit one of the files to increase that "box"?
