[Feature Request] - Calculate a minimum cover of skills to fit powergrid and CPU requirements

Feature Request

Currently PyFa only calculates the minimum required skills for all involved modules, but it does not take into account all hard requirements to actually fit the modules. As far as I'm aware, the only other hard requirements that are currently not being taken into account are CPU/Powergrid and I don't think it would be prohibitively expensive to find a good enough optimal subset among these skills.

Since PyFa has existed for quite some time, I'm puzzled as to why this feature does not exist already. Am I missing some context for this?
