ESI character add failed

Bug Report

Cannot add ESI character either in Auto mode or Manual Mode.

Expected behavior:

Work smoothly.

Actual behavior:

After login and clicked the Authorize button:

Manual mode: After paste in the cookie (right?), a message box appears, said "There was an issue starting up the localized server, try setting Login Authentication Method to Manual ..."
