Bug Report: Cannot see server option in SSO setting

Expected behavior:

The option of selecting serenity server should appear after I selected manual in SSO

Actual behavior:

Can't see the dropbox, I tried to clear the data under C:\user\ .pyfa and reinstall pyfa(including different versions). But it is always the same

Operating system and version (eg: Windows 10, OS X 10.9, OS X 10.11, Ubuntu 16.10):

Windows 10, Pyfa v2.46.0
