Unable to use manual ESI Login

Bug Report

When trying to login manually into ESI Pyfa fails with the error message that the local server is not started.

Detailed steps to reproduce:

1. Set ESI method to "manual"
2. Add new ESI Character
3. Login into ESI, select Character, proceed
4. Copy requested information into Pyfa
5. Error

This error is annoying, because it seems to captuire errors outside of just server startup (obv, since you're done manual mode here). I've been meaning to rework it.

Can you post the log files? go to %userprofile%\.pyfa and find the latest debug log file after this error happens. Please post it here :)
