Feature Request : Serenity Server ESI

Thanks for the "Serenity Market Data" function. Now the Serenity Server has its ESI worked : https://esi.evepc.163.com/ui/ Could you please add a "SERENITY SERVER ESI" option in pyfa preferences?

I can look into this as a part of #2359, but can't promise anything. Since the serenity ESI is based on a completely separate server, I'm not sure if it remains as up to date with Tranquility, and it might get pretty hectic with different API versions if that's the case.

So, I'm not really sure what login URL serenity uses for SSO. That and the fact that I don't have a serenity account... I'm not really sure how to approach this.

I think I found the login URL, but again, I don't have an account. It should 'just work' but it's going to need to be tested by someone with a serenity account eventually
