XML file save

Summary: The program will not save fit export. When going to export fit. directory is set to documents ..EVE...fitting. (however, failure occurs regardless of folder) Pressing save button does not save file. Nothing happens. -->

Expected behavior: saved export file in xml format

Actual behavior: nothing

Detailed steps to reproduce:

goto fit - export fitting - save

Fits involved in EFT format (Edit > To Clipboard > EFT): no

Release or development git branch? Please note the release version or commit hash: pyfa v2.33.0

Operating system and version (eg: Windows 10, OS X 10.9, OS X 10.11, Ubuntu 16.10): Windows 10
