Alpha mode

Introduce mode where all items and ships not usable by alphas are filtered out (in all UI elements, i.e. ship browser, market browser, charge picker, compare tab etc.

Does Pyfa already have a way to determine if ships/items are "omega only"? Or does this need to be added to the database?
