user config remains in db after deleting

In multiple tenant env, the users is grouped by GroupPath. If I delete USER01 and recreate USER01 in another groupPath, in the list of workspace in USER01's profile, we can see a list of accessible workspaces of old USER01. There is no problem with access right but it make administrator confuse.
