Public links don't work with cyrillic domain name

I have a PYDIO installation on cyrillic domain шк8.рф and my public links don't work. They're generated as follows: http://xn--8-stb5b.xn--p1ai:1080/public/4d8e74 instead of http://шк8.рф:1080/public/4d8e74. I have another PYDIO installation with a latin domain name and public links work just fine there.

Please help.
