Support .svg files in backend configuration

Currently (v6.4.2) the global toolbar configuration does not support .svg files, which results in a lower image quality.

That would be nice indeed, somewhat related: when set, the title of the "Top tool bar" is not clickable, I think it should be.

I guess that should be discussed in forum and then eventually belongs to another ticket? But do you mean the label next to the logo in the upper left? And clickable in terms of linking to some homepage?

I just mean that clikcing the text and the image should result in the same thing. Anyways, let's not get off the topic of supporting SVG files.
