Slow uploads with HTTPS\SSL enabled

I've ran both cells and enterprise 2.0-RC2 and have had slow upload speeds when using built in LetsEncrypt SSL. I've verified this by running both versions of cells in HTTP with IP only and URL. The moment I switch on HTTPS and SSL the upload speeds significantly slow down.

Currently using vSphere 6.7U3 with VMXNET3 adapter @ 10Gpbs. Stable version of Cells 1.6.1 with Self-Signed SSL seems to have no issue with upload speeds.
