Hi @HVbajoria, thanks for proposing.
Would you be able to present your topic on 17th August (3rd Saturday)?
Going through the slides, you've mentioned some pre-requisites. Can you add those here as well?
Hi @pulsar17, I already have a session on 17th August, so I won't be able to join can it take place next month?
Yes, but that depends on the availability of volunteers.
Most of the volunteers will be busy attending PyCon India, so we might not have a meetup in September. If we organize one in September (or October), someone will reach out to you to ask for availability.
Thanks for the information @pulsar17 ! Btw I'm curious to know if CFS for PyconIndia is open? Would love to apply for the same.
They're closed unfortunately

Ok thanks. Can you please let me know if something can be done?
I'm not on the organizing panel. You might have better luck trying their Zulip instance - https://pyconindia.zulipchat.com

Thanks
Hey @pulsar17, Can we plan something this month?
Hey @HVbajoria the slots this month are 20 mins. It'd be difficult to squeeze the talk I think. You can instead join the meetup and give this as a lightning talk (5 mins slot) instead. Let us know if that's alright.
Hey @pulsar17, I can have a short talk on creating cool applications faster with GitHub Copilot in 20 minutes and cover about a bit of integrating Gemini in it. Let me know if that works. Will create an issue for the same.
@HVbajoria please do, and also add the links for slides as well. Currently I'm not sure how relevant that would be for a Python meetup audience, the talks generally focus on Python specifically, but I'll reserve my judgement for now.
Hi @pulsar17 , Created a new issue for the same #301. Could you please have a look?
Hi @HVbajoria, I'd like to close this talk proposal for now, considering it was opened quite a while ago!
I wanted to highlight that we had received some feedback from some of our attendees around your previous talk (#301) being a promotional one, where it was noted that it featured specific vendors' products for a reasonable portion of the talk's duration rather than focusing on broader technical concepts—something we haven't encountered before in the recent past—and I have my reservations about this proposal in the same vein, based on your affiliations with GitHub Education as a GitHub Campus Expert and with the Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador programme.
I'd like to note that such feedback was not lodged as a formal complaint against you in any way whatsoever, but rather as an observation, and it only concerns the content of your presentation and not your presence as a person at the meetups. Therefore, there are no objections to your attendance at subsequent PyDelhi meetups in any fashion. At the moment, I would say that this goes against our unwritten guidelines regarding promotional content in our speakers' talks (slides 3–5, 22–32, and so on), which we will be working to formalise better (I promise!).
It is completely alright to discuss and promote these services in person with our attendees at the venue. However, we believe that offering our especially community-driven and community-centric platform at PyDelhi to speakers does not warrant endorsing commercial products or services without prior said community-driven evaluation.
Thanks for proposing this talk, though! Please feel free to open new issues for more talk proposals as you like, or reopen this as a new issue if you'd be willing to cut down references to GitHub Education, Azure, etc., and steer it towards a more technical direction. I hope you'll consider these points to align on for future proposals and your participation at PyDelhi.
Sure @agriyakhetarpal! Thanks for the feedback!
