Fix #928

The search and theme switcher were special-cased in wide screens. This PR ensures that if a high number of icons are set in the navbar-end

it's still an issue but only in documentations with a lot of navbar-end icons so not a priority. I was working on the bootstrap thing so I left it on stale. I'll soon come back to it
