Does chunksize do anything?

This is a minor point, but it looks like the chunksize parameter used by the Yahoo reader doesn't force a pause anywhere. Looking at its use in the base class, there's no pause that I can see. Is this the intended behavior? It seems to contradict the documented use. Perhaps _in_chunks used to have a pause that got removed?

Also, the docstring says the default value is 25 but it's 1.
